Located on the Karang Papak Beach, next to the Indicators break, The Property is a 500m from Indicators and approximately 1.5 km from Cimaja. Other breaks in the area Include Loji , Karang Sari, and Sawarna. Turtles beach is on the other side of the Bay at Ujung Genteng.

There are a lot of very good beach breaks in the area including a left and a right just 400m away of the Property. They usually work best on low swell and high tides.

The surf is very consistent and the offshore lasts to about 1pm most days. Late afternoon glass offs are common especially in the off season.
